Human Connection Is the Competitive Advantage AI Can't Replace in an Increasingly Diverse World.

Performance Drives Output. Connection Drives Growth.

We have more tools than ever to communicate, perform and stay connected. Yet across workplaces and careers, many capable people still struggle to be seen, heard, trusted and connected to the opportunities that matter. Gallup's workplace report shows only <30% of professionals are engaged at work, and loneliness and disengagement are increasingly costing both individuals and organisations productivity, relationships and opportunities.

Daisy brings together human connection, cross-cultural communication, and leadership development to help people move beyond simply performing—and build the relationships, influence and sense of belonging that enable sustainable growth.

Her work draws on years of working with professionals and leaders from culturally diverse backgrounds around the world, grounded in her personal journey as an Asian migrant navigating male-dominated industries across boutique consultancy, multinational firms and academia, Daisy brings a unique dual-lens approach. She teaches communication and leadership strategies for both internal connections—for performance, visibility, collaboration and leadership impact and external connections—for industry partnership, professional branding and community influence.

"Daisy’s workshop at the ECIS Leadership Conference was incredibly unique and outstanding compared to most DEI leadership trainings I’ve attended.....Daisy helped us look inward to understand how we feel, and how our own experiences shape what we project. That shift allows us to build deeper empathy and connection with others...”

“In Daisy’s communication workshop, what really stood out’s her stories from work situations where participants can really identify themselves. The scenario-based exercises and simulations connect well with her book frameworks to enable ongoing learning and integration. Loved seeing our 50+ attendees actively engage in the activities. There’s really a strong practical aspect of her facilitation that made the learnings and transformation last beyond the session.”
